Samsung Unveils One UI 6 (Android 14) Rollout Schedule for Galaxy Devices – Check When Your Device is Set to Receive the Update

As the year draws to a close, Samsung enthusiasts are eagerly anticipating the arrival of One UI 6, based on Android 14. In a detailed announcement to its European community, Samsung has laid out a comprehensive rollout schedule for its eligible Galaxy devices, shedding light on when users can expect the latest software update (via Android Central).

According to the schedule, we are currently in Week 45 of Samsung’s release plan, with the spotlight on the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Fold 5. Both devices received Beta 5 for One UI 6 last week, and the stable release is anticipated this week. The coming days will also see several other devices joining the update queue, including the Galaxy A34 5G, Galaxy A54 5G, Galaxy S22 series, Galaxy S23 FE, and Galaxy A14 5G.

Next week is poised to bring the stable release of Android 14 for an array of Samsung devices, including the highly anticipated Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Fold 4, alongside the Galaxy S21 series, Galaxy A13 5G, Galaxy A33 5G, and more. The rollout momentum is expected to continue, with dates set for devices like the Galaxy A52, Galaxy A52s 5G, and Galaxy A72.

Samsung has advised users to keep in mind that these dates are estimates, and the rollout might not precisely align with the provided schedule. As an example, the Galaxy S23 series received One UI 6 in Europe on October 30, while users in the U.S. only received it a couple of days ago. It is advisable to give Samsung some time—potentially a week—after the proposed dates for the update to appear on eligible devices.

For users eagerly awaiting the One UI 6 update, the new software promises a redesigned quick settings panel, upgraded home screen widgets, and revamped emojis. Additionally, Samsung has integrated several camera enhancements through its efforts in AI, refreshing the camera app’s UI and introducing new features and editing tools to enhance photography.

As the rollout progresses, users can keep an eye out for notifications on their eligible devices, ensuring they stay up-to-date with the latest features and improvements brought by One UI 6.
